Sauerkraut soup Heidi Klum
Z reliable sources have told me that Heidi's mom used to cook THIS soup for the Klum family. The origins of the recipe are unclear - but I strongly suspect that a 70s party cookbook was not completely uninvolved.
Although the list of ingredients is strangely read, the soup tastes amazingly good: a blend of Boeuf Stroganoff, Currywurst and - surprise - sauerkraut. Is not eating so bad. A little trash on the plate is sometimes great. (Have I just said that?) After all, sauerkraut offers tremendous amounts of vitamin C and fiber and is therefore fully recommended for (couch) top models.
In any case, the soup is the perfect complement to the "Germanys next topmodel So, at 7:30 pm, put on the soup and spoon it on time at 8:15 pm ...

And here's the recipe for sauerkraut soup Heide Klum
Simmer 1 can of sauerkraut (about 700 g) in 1 liter broth for 30 minutes in a large saucepanFry 500 g ground beef in a frying pan and season with salt and pepper .
250 g fresh Slice mushrooms , dice 3 onions and 3 gherkins and put everything in the pot.
The fried ground beef and and 1 bottle of finished Shashlik sauce (approx. 300 ml) and boil once.Add 1 cup of cream , with salt and plenty of pepper to taste and a few Minutes.
